Global Legacy Network ("GLN") is a leadership and duplication system, a property of Beyond Group Ltd ("Beyond Group," "we," "us"). By enrolling in GLN, creating a leader account, or otherwise participating in the GLN system, you ("Member," "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the GLN platform.
Enrollment is open to individuals who complete the GLN Enrollment Form, whether through the general GLN website or a certified leader's personal replica site. Enrollment signifies your commitment to the Foundation Learning Sequence and grants access to the GLN learning system through your assigned sponsoring leader. Where no sponsor is named, GLN's team will assign a mentor on your behalf. You must be of legal age in your country of residence to enroll independently.
GLN provides structured training through the Foundation Learning Sequence and a four-level leadership pathway (Associate, Practitioner, Mentor, Legacy Leader). Advancement between levels is based on demonstrated competence, character, and duplication — not tenure or payment alone — and is confirmed by your mentor and, where applicable, GLN's governance structure. Completion of training materials alone does not constitute certification; certification requires passing the relevant assessment as described in the Foundation Program.
As a Member, you agree to represent GLN and its partner companies honestly and professionally: to avoid misleading claims about income, products, or outcomes; to treat other Members, prospects, and the public with respect; and to follow the mentorship and reporting structure described in the GLN Charter. Conduct that violates this standard may result in review of your certification status, up to and including termination, per Section 10 below.
GLN is an educational and leadership-development system, not a promise of income. Any results, testimonies, or figures shared by Members — including on this website — reflect individual experiences and effort, and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes. Your results will depend on factors including your own effort, consistency, market conditions, and the products or opportunity of your partner company. GLN makes no representation that any Member will earn any particular amount, or any income at all.
Certain levels of participation may involve a maintenance fee, which contributes toward system administration, dashboard upkeep, and continued access to GLN resources, as described in the GLN Charter's maintenance standard. Maintaining "Active" status requires meeting the fee, refresher, and mentorship activity requirements set out in that standard. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the time of enrollment or renewal and are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Certified leaders may be issued a personal "replica" website reflecting their own name, photo, and story, built on the GLN system and brand. This is a limited, revocable license to use GLN's name, logo, and materials for the purpose of representing GLN honestly — it does not transfer ownership of the GLN brand, and this license ends if your certification is terminated or your account becomes inactive.
To operate the GLN platform, we collect information including your name, phone number, email address, sponsor relationship, training progress, and activity you choose to share (such as testimonies, photos, and community posts). This information is used to operate your account, connect you with your mentor, track certification progress, and — only where you've approved it — display your testimony or story publicly. We do not sell Member data to third parties. You may request a copy of your data or ask that it be deleted, subject to records we're required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Testimonies, photos, and other content you submit through the GLN portal may be reviewed by a Legacy Leader before being shared with the wider GLN community or displayed publicly on the GLN website. By submitting content, you confirm it is truthful and your own, and you grant GLN a non-exclusive right to display it for so long as your account remains active and the approval stands. You may request removal of your own content at any time.
GLN's network of trained leaders is intended to remain a durable asset for its Members, independent of any single partner company. Where GLN's governance structure (the Legacy Leader Council) determines it necessary to protect Members' interests, it holds sole authority — by unanimous decision — to transition the network to a new partner company, as described in the GLN Charter.
GLN or Beyond Group Ltd may suspend or terminate a Member's account or certification for violation of these Terms, the GLN Code of Conduct, sustained inactivity, or failure to maintain Active status as defined in the maintenance standard. A Member may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting GLN directly.
GLN and Beyond Group Ltd provide the platform and training "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including business outcomes with any partner company. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time as GLN's system evolves. Continued use of the GLN platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active Members where practical.
